At Compost Club, we strive to provide high-quality compost bins and bags to help you on your sustainability journey. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, our return policy is designed to ensure a smooth and hassle-free return process.
Return Eligibility:
- Timeframe: Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Condition: Products must be unused and in their original packaging to qualify for a return.
Product-Specific Conditions:
- Compost Bins:
- Returnable if unused.
- Returnable if they arrive damaged.
- Compost Bags:
- Not returnable if the box has been opened or the seal has been broken.
Return Process:
- Initiate Return: Contact our customer service team within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate a return.
- Prepare Return: Ensure that the product is unused and in its original packaging.
- Shipping Cost: The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost. The cost of the return label will be deducted from your reimbursement (not to exceed $10).
- Return Approval: Once we receive the returned products and verify they are in resellable condition and not damaged, we will process your refund.
Refund Details:
- Refund Amount: You will receive a full refund minus the return label charge.
- Refund Method: Refunds will be issued back to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Additional Information:
- Non-Returnable Items: Any items that do not meet the above conditions will not be eligible for a refund.
- Processing Time: Please allow up to 7 business days for your return to be processed once it has been received by our warehouse.
